Bird of Paradise wood ornament. Approximate size is 3 1/4 inches. Both sides of ornament are beautifully finished.

The original design for this beautiful bird was done by Deborah Carney for a sound hole cover in a zither.  This would also make a beautiful pine needle basket starter or similar. Just ask me to cut without the hang hole at the top.

The current ribbon color is purple, but feel free to request a different color when you place your order and I'll be sure to honor your request.

Here in Oregon Hummingbirdsare often sighted and can be regular visitors to Foxgloves which grow wild in eastern Oregon.
